Endgrade Project: Noa, The Deliverybird

A Member of the Winged Delivery Service, Noa carries Envelopes and Packages over the Sea. Despite Toucan's not being the best suited for long flights, he trained alot and became fairly proficient in Wind Magic to carry himself over long distances.

Now, on his final delivery before he can rise up into the Highest Rank of the Delivery Service, he broke his Wing and now has to rely on Linea to make his way to the Central Island.
